Paul, just in case you were wondering what quad panel looks like in Lynx and how it can be used, KWTV and KFOR have used quad panel on air before. Both were using Lynx at the time. It essentially puts all of the headers in their corresponding part of the screen. I myself have used it and can tell you the exact way it works.
- Click quad panel button in tool selection.
- Select panel

When using quad panel, the banners associated with the products are used. To assign a banner/upper third/header, you have to go to the Show Prep, tab, go to a scene that only has the banner, double click it to edit it in the Creation tab, and export that to the corresponding product in the Analysis tab, which is what is used on air for severe weather coverage. The Creation and Show Prep tabs are used together to make slideshows for on air newscasts.
